Overview

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Create various Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents.
Maintain and update data on company websites and social media handles.
Manage CRM data and generate regular reports.
Coordinate with teams to address data-related issues and optimisations.
Execute online and offline project-related tasks.
Update paperwork, maintain documents, and perform word processing tasks.
Coordinate offline events as necessary.
Conducting meetings and documenting the same.
Handle marketing activities for on boarded real estate projects.

Key Competencies:

Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Warm personality.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical skills.
Good written and spoken communication in English.
Intermediate computer and internet skills.
Basics of video and photo editing, and graphics development.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace Apps (Gmail, YouTube, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Preferred knowledge in digital marketing.
The role includes fieldwork for meetings and site inspections.

Language: Proficiency in language (English, Hindi, Marathi)

Job location: Baner, Pune

Experience: Fresher or experienced up to 3-4 years (knowledge of digital marketing and real estate will be held as an added advantage).
