18. MISCELLANEOUS

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any part of the Terms is not a waiver of our rights.

• We reserve the right to update, revise, amend or modify the terms and conditions set forth herein above as we may deem fit from time to time. You agree to comply with such updated terms and conditions.

• Upon deactivation of your account whether voluntarily or involuntarily, your data of any nature available on the website, including login credentials will be permanently deleted and shall not be stored by us.
